Skilled Nursing 

Our individualized Skilled Nursing Program provides a personalized approach when working with you to develop a care plan that addresses all your individual needs, allowing you to live life to the fullest.

Our compassionate, highly trained staff will guide you and your family through all levels of care, implementing the latest techniques so that we can work together to continue enhancing your physical and emotional well-being, making you feel comfortable, feeling welcome, and feeling at home.

Short-Term Rehabilitation 

Loretto is the only Short-Term Rehabilitation Program in the area to offer the most comprehensive services to support even the most challenging rehabilitation needs.

Our individualized rehabilitation programs are intense and will challenge you, helping you to build strength and independence, to get you back to functioning at 100% quickly.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, and we want your family involved, so everyone knows what to expect, how your program is structured, and when you’re therapy is complete. Together we’ll celebrate your milestones, and do everything possible to move you through the process. Most individuals who rehab with us can expect the process to last one to three weeks, depending upon your diagnosis.

Memory Care

For those in the most advanced stages of dementia, our dedicated Memory Life Community at Loretto Health & Rehabilitation focuses on maintaining our residents’ sense of freedom in a safe environment. Each employee is specially trained to ensure every detail of our residents daily life is thoughtful and intentional to support their physical and emotional needs, starting with a personalized approach to learning about past and present life experiences, hobbies and daily routine. This community incorporates innovative technologies and designs representing a cutting-edge approach to memory care including: unique elevators and doors with camouflaged images, specialized flooring to avoid fall risk, calming scent system, mechanized pets, and interactive digital technologies.

Palliative Care

We understand the difficulties one goes through when caring for a loved one who is near the end of life. Our Palliative Care Program guides and cares for loved ones and their families by focusing on relieving ones symptoms and to improving their quality of life for both those we care for and their loved ones during their final days. Our family-centered program is coordinated by an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Nutritionists, Therapeutic Recreation and our Spiritual Care Team to create a compassionate and loving environment during the most precious moments.
