Enriched Housing Program

Deciding what time is the right time to seek help when caring for your loved one can be extremely difficult. But at Loretto, we offer elderly care services on a spectrum through our Enriched Living Program.

More specifically, we provide services for individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as dressing, eating, bathing, and medication supervision. And we do it all with the help of our:

• Administration
• Case Management Workers
• Certified Home Health Aides
• Recreation, Dining, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams
• RNs and LPNs

General Offering

• Private studios
• Spiritual care services on site
• 3 meals daily with restaurant-style dining
• Community living rooms
• Recreational activities
• Housekeeping and laundry service
• Personal care assistance
• Reminders and escorts to meals
• Safety checks
• Safe and secure environment

Medical Offerings

• Medication supervision
• Access to nursing care
• Emergency on-call system
• Arrangement of primary care services  
• Case management services
• Assistance with glucose monitoring

General Requirements

• Completed Financial application and supporting documentation
• Health care directives: HCP, POA
• Insurance information
• Loretto Pre-admission interview
• Completed Medical Evaluation from attending Physician (DSS-44-49)

Physical Requirements

• Medically stable
• Independent with mobility and transferring
• Continent or self-managed incontinence

Financial Requirements

• Must have private pay funds (long-term care insurance may be accepted towards coverage)
