Staying Prepared: Important Coronoavirus Information for Family Members, Residents and Staff

As the prevalence of the Coronavirus continues to progress in the US, we are actively monitoring and responding to recommendations from the Department of Health  and CDC to ensure the continued safety and security of those we care for and staff.

Some immediate measures we have taken include:

  • Cancelled all resident outings and incoming entertainment and community groups
  • Enhanced disinfection processes at all facilities
  • Provided mandatory staff education
  • Reinforced our strict infection control procedures

VISITOR RESTRICTIONS

As you know, the safety and security of our residents and staff is our TOP priority. We have the most highly vulnerable population and need to protect them as much as we possibly can. Family members can reach out to their administrators to arrange for alternative ways to stay connected.  Our staff is working diligently to ensure minimal disruption to your loved one’s daily routine and to ensure that they are well cared for during this time. We will provide updates as our plans continue to evolve based on recommendations from the Department of Health and the CDC.
