Individuals affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia need extra care and support for their safety and well-being and family members need peace of mind. Our staff works closely with the family to learn more about their loved one’s history and needs. The Heritage provides programming that builds on an individual’s strengths and our activities are designed to stimulate residents physically and mentally, as well as provide opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy each other’s company. Safety is a primary concern at The Heritage. We conduct safety checks every two hours, 24 hours a day. Our experience has shown that most residents thrive here, and family members feel a real sense of relief knowing that their loved ones are receiving exactly the care they need; care that enables them to live their lives to the fullest.

Word From The Administrator

“The Heritage is able to offer Enriched and Assisted Living Program services to adults living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia in a warm, home-like atmosphere. We understand that caring for a loved one with dementia is a physically and emotionally exhausting job due to the need for their 24-hour supervision and continuous care. Our staff is trained to handle these demands so that family members can visit and spend quality time with their loved ones without the pressure of providing for their daily care needs.”
