UPDATED Saturday, November 21, 2020.

UPDATED VISITATION GUIDELINES FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH:

Skilled Nursing [Loretto Health & Rehabilitation, The Commons on St. Anthony & Nottingham RHCF]

  • We can now allow in-person visits 14 days after a positive COVID-19 case.
  • All visitors must provide documentation that you have tested negative for COVID-19 within the last 7 days prior to your visit. If you cannot provide documentation of a negative test result, you will not be able to visit. This is a State DOH requirement for skilled nursing facilities only
  • Testing Location Resources
  • One visitor under 18 years of age is NOW allowed in Skilled Nursing, IF accompanied by an adult.
  • Visitors are limited to 2 people per visit.

Assisted Living Facilities [The Bernardine, Buckley Landing, The Heritage, Sedgwick Heights & Nottingham Assisted Living]

  • We can now allow in-person visits 14 days after a positive COVID-19 case.
  • Testing is NOT required in order to visit these facilities.
  • Visitors under 18 are allowed if accompanied by an adult.
  • Ask your facility about # of visitors allowed per visit.

The safety and security of our residents and staff remains our number one priority. It is imperative that as we ease restrictions on visitation, you follow our guidelines. Please note that only 10% of residents can have a scheduled visit at any given time. Each family can schedule one visit per week, to ensure all families have an equal opportunity to visit their loved ones.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to get through screening. Appointments will not be extended due to delays.

If a positive case is discovered at any facility, visitation will be paused based on the New York State Department of Health guidelines. PLEASE be vigilant with wearing a mask, following proper hand washing and maintaining social distancing when visiting and when at home to help us ensure this doesn't happen.
